Since its inception in 2013, Hijsen in het Nauw has grown from a mini crane rental company into a professional and progressive organization. The company motto is therefore: “We lift the impossible.” Hijsen in het Nauw has, in addition to several truck-mounted cranes, 14 mini cranes and the necessary glass vacuum lifters, a wide range of lifting equipment and special tools.

“Last year we were looking for new glass vacuum lifters. Our current supplier was unable to deliver what we needed. From there we started looking further and ended up at Grip Lifting. Martijn then paid us a visit and together we discussed in depth the possibilities for a design of a 1,000 kg lifter. What I really liked was that I could help think about the design for the S1000. You can make progress together. Rik and Martijn set to work on a design. They really pay attention to you and the guys at Grip are always open for advice or tips. Because of this pleasant collaboration, we decided to also buy the smaller glass vacuum lifters from Grip Lifting. Not a single regret to this day! We have a fleet of glass vacuum lifters from different brands, but you tend to notice that our employees prefer the Grip glass vacuum lifters. The S600 is especially popular, because it can be expanded in various ways. A single glass vacuum lifter that offers a lot of flexibility. That flexibility the S600 offers is very important to us. We often do several different jobs in one day. It may be that in the morning we’ll be installing a window pane in a frame, and in the afternoon we’re installing a conservatory roof. This is all possible with the S600, it is the ideal glass vacuum lifter!
